Holy Week Worship

Sunday, March 29th is Palm Sunday.  After the 9:30 worship service, we'll gather in the fellowship hall for breakfast featuring pancakes, sausages, egg bakes, fruit, milk, juice, and coffee.

Our Maundy Thursday worship service will be at the beautiful Mound Cemetery Chapel on Thursday, April 2nd.  Our Worship & Music Team has planned a service of quiet reflection, prayer, chanting, and communion in the beautiful setting of Mound Cemetery Chapel.  At 6:00 we'll meet for simple agape refreshments.  The worship service will begin at 7:00.  There is limited parking in the cemetery, so we recommend parking across the street in the CVS parking lot.  We hope you will be able to join us for this meaningful evening of worship, remembering the last supper Jesus had with his disciples before his crucifixion. 

Good Friday is April 3rd.  We will have a Tenebrae service at 7:00 p.m.  Tenebrae is Latin for darkness and candles will be extinguished one by one during the service.

Our Easter service will be at 9:30  a.m. on Sunday, April 5th.  The sanctuary will be filled with flowers and music for this joyful celebration of the resurrection.
