Church Picnic and Undie Sunday

The church picnic will be at Pritchard Park, in the Wieczorek Pavillian, on Sunday, August 9th.  We will worship at 9:30 and then have a potluck lunch.

e at launching a brand-new outreach effort that day:  Undie Sunday.  This new ministry growns out of our congregations long-held commitment to share Christ's love through caring for our neighbors with dignity and compassionn.  We will be collecting all sizes of new underwear, t-shirts, and socks for children, teens, and adults in our commmunity.  These basics, of ten overlooked but always needed, provide comfort, confidence, and a tangible reminder of God's love made practical.

On kick-0ff Sunday we will bless the first donations during worship and celebrate the start of this new ministry.  Rain or shine, we will gather in the park and rejoice!
